Puerto Vallarta is a Mexican balneario resort city situated on the Pacific Ocean Bahia de Banderas.
Puerto Vallarta was a thriving Mexican village long before it became an international tourist destination.
One of the most wonderfully scenic and romantic locations in the world to have a wedding ceremony, Puerto Vallarta is also a great place for the honeymoon afterwards.
There are a lot of amazing places, as from the most luxurious Villas or Resorts, to barefoot in the sand on a remote beach fringed with palm trees.
Located on the Western Pacific coast of Mexico in the state of Jalisco, Puerto Vallarta charm remains largely undiscovered.
Along with its cobblestone streets, stunning beaches, plentiful marine life, lush Sierra Madre Mountains, exceptional restaurants,
fine Gourmet Festival, new golf courses and vibrant culture, Puerto Vallarta is a vacationer paradise that has maintained its unique Old Mexico charm despite the addition of these modern conveniences.
Puerto Vallarta is less than a one-hour flight away from Guadalajara, the Pearl of Mexico,
and Mexico City, which, with over 25 million inhabitants, is the world largest city and the site of truly spectacular Aztec ruins.
If you are dreaming of getting married with your toes in the sand and spending your honeymoon basking in the sun in a tropical paradise, Puerto Vallarta is the place to be.
